After calling several companies, (one who I have been using for years) and no one was able to come out. I decided to try Willie's I called at 4:14pm today, and he was at my house my 6:30pm. He was very professional and courteous. I am very pleased!

Did a terrific job pumping my septic tank at a great price

I've had to call on Willie's a few times. This is my first septic system and I ended up with 2 tanks on the property I bought in November. I used Willie's during the inspection period to clean out and look at the condition of the tanks before purchasing. When I called Willie Sr to discuss what they found, Willie took a good amount time to educate me on how a septic system works and how to care for it answering all my rookie questions too. Sometime after I moved in I contacted Willie's to pump both tanks again because of concerns I had about the previous owners usage and care before closing. Herschel came out and pumped both tanks. He remembered my property from the inspection period and knew how to best access the tanks. He provided me with great insight on where the drainage fields were and how to protect them from roots, and how to treat the tanks with yeast. I know he was fitting me in on a busy day so really appreciated when he took the time to have me listen to the rainwater draining back into the tank. He told me his concern was there may be something wrong with the drainage field for this to happen. He stayed as long as he could trying to help and answer all my questions. I came to learn after that the previous owners used a garbage disposal A LOT (which I have since removed) which can help ruin a drainage field, so when 2 months later my toilet didn't flush my suspicions were confirmed and I called Willie's ASAP. Once again Willie Jr fit me in on a busy day knowing I couldn't use the bathrooms or shower until I got pumped. Herschel serviced my property again and was as pleasant and helpful and professional as always. And I was so glad to see him!!! I will be calling Willie's every few months until I can commit to replace the drainage field which they have quoted me on. I appreciate them.

Herschel came and pumped out my septic tank. He was on time, did a great job, and helped me find my leach lines. He also explained how a normal system is set up with numerous distribution boxes, which saved me a ton of time and effort digging, since I was doing it by hand. He also looked at the drawing I got from the county, and helped me interpret the scribble. Helpful, polite and informative guy.

After a year of pandemic isolation we filled our never-been-pumped septic tank. When our pump alarm went off I found Willie. Two days later, his employee Herschel, a vet, came and saved us from going up s---- creek! He pumped out septic, was professional and personable and explained to me how it all worked (I like understanding that sort of thing). He discovered the pipe to our drain field was broken. 3 days later, Willie, our knight in a blue truck, fixed our pipe within short order. Willie was professional, knew what he was doing and even installed a bracket to help avoid a pipe breakage again. We will see him in 3 years when we need to be pumped out again! I can't recommend Willie and his team enough. And what I learned from all this was that we should NEVER put baby wipes or those other "septic safe" wipes down the system. The fighting it caused Herschel!! So take heed my fellow septic users, save Willie and his crew some trouble!
